Our support solutions for SpeedTreeRT include:
- Email support, the absolutely best way to get your problem solved
quickly. Our engineers have access to it around the clock and will normally respond in just a few hours.
- Phone support, available Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm EST, at (803) 356-1999.
- Free upgrades to all licensed SpeedTree products.
- Full access to our ever-expanding Tree Model Library. As we make or obtain
new tree models, they’re yours.
- Five custom tree models with each annual support contract purchase.
- SpeedGrass source code, documentation and examples. SpeedGrass is unsupported and
available only to SpeedTreeRT licensees who purchase a year’s support
