  • Email support, the absolutely best way to get your problem solved quickly. Our engineers have access to it around the clock and will normally respond in just a few hours.
  • Phone support, available Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm EST, at (803) 356-1999.
  • Free upgrades to all licensed SpeedTree products.
  • Full access to our ever-expanding Tree Model Library. As we make or obtain new tree models, they’re yours.
  • SpeedGrass source code, documentation and examples. SpeedGrass is unsupported and available only to SpeedTree SDK licensees who have purchased a year’s support
